Cyberland Organizes overseas immersion or exchange programmes that are typically eight to ten days long and involved 20 to 40 students with three to five teachers.
These overseas programmes help the students to learn about the learning environment, culture and society that are different from their own country. It also gives the students a sense of the ideas and attitude of young people in the country that they went.
The programme focus on one of the following
- Language Learning (Chinese, Malay or English) - Students sit in their classes with the local students, attend specially arranged enrichment classes conducted by the local teachers and sightsee the local historical places to have better understanding of the local culture.
- Sports Skills - Students are coached by the State player for the game and have a friendly match with the local players. This is a rich and valuable exposure for the students.
- Research Techniques - Students are attached to a research centre to understudy the research skills and processes. This attachment will stimulate student’s interest in research work.
- Journalism - Students are exposed to the professional broadcast studio environment. They will learn the skills and techniques of a journalist with the Chinese counterparts
