Cyberland designs, develops and delivers a series of educational programmes for preschoolers. These programmes are Internet-based as well as Project-focused. They are fun, exciting and built around the interests and needs of the young children. These programmes teach the children the processes and skills such as Internet Access, Windows Operation and Word Processing. In addition, children can also enjoy the fun of designing and making crafts using our state of art equipment.
Lego Robotics Programme
This is a fun-learning programme with the objectives to cultivate thinking and analytical skills through the use of Lego Educational Products (LEP). The children will be working in groups to fix Lego pieces into moving objects (with the help of software programming). Studies have shown that children participated in Lego Robotics Programmes are highly motivated, demonstrate good levels of engagement/achievement, show significant improvement in social, organization, observation, thinking and manipulative skills.
Microsoft Word / PowerPoint Programme
This programme is catered specially for preschool educators for them to acquire the skills in using common computer softwares to aid in their planning/creation of curriculum, lesson plans, worksheets, student portfolios, etc.
Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Programme
This is a professional development programme that is specially designed for teachers to develop and upgrade their professional skills that enable them to utilize ICT as part of their school teaching environment. The programme focuses on the pedagogical objectives for the integration of ICT in school curriculum.
