PLCMS is well designed to provide many different functions and features to help improve our operation efficiency. We are now using it to register new students, taking temperature and attendance of students, print operational and financial reports etc.

We would like to thank you and your team for supplying PLCMS to our centre. Upon deployment in our centre, the solution assisted with performing daily operations, taking attendance and temperature, issuing of invoice and receipt, and sending of mass email and SMS to inform parents of special events. It has helped to ease the workload of our teachers and our administrator greatly.

We are using students’ e-portfolio during our meet the parent session. This is the first time we deploy iPad and notebook in showing the students learning progress to our parents. The result was very encouraging. Teachers involved love using it as it provides a system to prepare and store the students’ area of learning with supporting photos. Parents also commented well on it as it allows them to view information pertaining to their child online anytime, anyplace.
